If you suspect someone else is using your iGames account, follow these steps immediately to secure your account:

  1. Reset Your Password: Log in to your account and change your password immediately. Use a strong, unique password that combines letters, numbers, and symbols.

  2. Verify Your Email and Phone: If not already linked, add your email and phone. This ensures that you can still access your account even if your password is compromised/changed.

  3. Review Account Activity: Check your account's recent activity (e.g., login attempts, purchases, or changes made) for any unauthorized actions. Note any suspicious behavior.

  4. Check Linked Accounts: Review any linked email addresses, payment methods, or other accounts for signs of tampering. Update security settings on these accounts as needed.

  5. Contact Support: If you are confident that your account has been accessed, report the issue to iGames Support immediately. Provide details of the unauthorized activity and steps you've taken so far. Our support team will investigate and assist in securing your account.

  6. Periodically Monitor Your Account: Keep an eye on your account for any further suspicious activity and update your password periodically to stay secure.

Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner. Once there, select the dropdown option 'My Profile'. To reset your username, email, or number, simply click on their existing information in the profile header. By entering your username, password, and OTP, you can change this information. 
 
You can also change other account information by clicking the 'Edit Account' button in the profile header.
