Account Status

You can download the iGames client, play games, and purchase gCoins. However, some games may restrict certain features unless you are Verified.

To achieve Basic Status, you must validate your email account. This is encouraged for account security purposes, ensuring users have a way to reset their password if they lose access to their account information.

To achieve Basic Status, you must verify your email in the Account Status section of your profile page. Basic Status is the first level of verification for your iGames account.

If you're having trouble receiving a valid OTP, try the following solutions:

  • Ensure you are using the latest OTP notification, especially if multiple or duplicate codes have been sent.
  • Check your spam inbox and verify that the correct email address was entered.

If the issue persists, please follow our support process and submit a support ticket. Our customer service team will assist you in resolving the issue.

Achieving Verified Status grants you access to the iGames Marketplace and unlocks additional features across the platform, such as participating in Ranked matches. With Verified Status, you can enjoy the full experience of any game you play, with minimal restrictions on other iGames services.

To achieve Verified Status you must add and validate a phone number. Requiring a verified phone number helps prevent users from creating multiple accounts, reducing issues like smurfing and bypassing bans. Additionally, it enhances account security, providing an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access and ensuring you can recover your account if needed.

To achieve Verified Status, you must add and verify your number in the Account Status section of your profile page. Verified Status is the second level of verification for your iGames account, and requires you to have Basic Status beforehand.

Achieving Complete Status allows you to create & join Projects, sign NDAs, and participate in Dev Link and Asset Hub.

To reach Complete Status, you must add your address. Including a address helps clearly identify the parties involved in NDAs and game development, preventing ambiguity and ensuring legitimacy.

Achieving Connected Status enables users to withdraw funds to their bank accounts.

Connected Status is primarily designed for developers who wish to withdraw payments for their work. To attain this status, users must provide their bank account details for withdrawals and submit the necessary Know Your Customer (KYC) information to verify their identity.

To achieve Connected Status, you must add your bank information and possibly more 'Know Your Customer' information, which is linked through the Account Status section of your profile pageConnected Status is the highest level of verification for your iGames account, and requires you to have Completed Status beforehand.

My Collections

If your purchased rewards are not showing up in your collection on the profile page, please follow our support process and submit a support ticket. Our customer service team will assist you in resolving the issue and ensure your rewards are properly processed.

Your Collection serves as a recognition hub for all the items and rewards you own across different games on the iGames platform. Each game for which you own items is displayed in a dedicated Game Collection Card, providing a clear overview of your assets.

Each Game Collection Card highlights three key aspects:

1. Genesis Tier

In the top-right corner of each Game Collection Card, your Genesis Tier for that specific game is displayed. This reflects your level of early support through the Genesis program, indicating the tier of rewards or perks you’ve unlocked. Higher Genesis Tiers typically grant exclusive benefits, such as unique in-game items, early access, or special recognition within the game community.

2. Products (Owned Items & Rewards)

Every item, product, or reward you’ve received—whether purchased, earned through events, or granted via Genesis—is listed within the Game Collection Card. These could include:

  • In-game cosmetics, skins, or equipment

  • Exclusive content unlocked through Genesis contributions

  • Any other digital assets associated with the game

Whenever you acquire a new product, it is automatically added to the Game Collection Card, ensuring you always have an up-to-date record of your in-game assets.

3. Tickets (Game Access & Special Passes)

The Game Collection Card also displays any Tickets you possess for that specific game.

Your Collection provides a streamlined way to keep track of everything you own within the respective game, making it easy to reference your purchases, rewards, and game access privileges in one place.

Account Security & Information

If you suspect someone else is using your iGames account, follow these steps immediately to secure your account:

  1. Reset Your Password: Log in to your account and change your password immediately. Use a strong, unique password that combines letters, numbers, and symbols.

  2. Verify Your Email and Phone: If not already linked, add your email and phone. This ensures that you can still access your account even if your password is compromised/changed.

  3. Review Account Activity: Check your account's recent activity (e.g., login attempts, purchases, or changes made) for any unauthorized actions. Note any suspicious behavior.

  4. Check Linked Accounts: Review any linked email addresses, payment methods, or other accounts for signs of tampering. Update security settings on these accounts as needed.

  5. Contact Support: If you are confident that your account has been accessed, report the issue to iGames Support immediately. Provide details of the unauthorized activity and steps you've taken so far. Our support team will investigate and assist in securing your account.

  6. Periodically Monitor Your Account: Keep an eye on your account for any further suspicious activity and update your password periodically to stay secure.

Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner. Once there, select the dropdown option 'My Profile'. To reset your username, email, or number, simply click on their existing information in the profile header. By entering the respective information, and the OTP, you can change this information. 
 
You can also change other account information by clicking the 'Edit Account' button in the profile header.

Notifications

You can adjust your notification preferences by clicking the 'Settings' icon in the top-right corner. From there, simply select 'Notification Settings' to choose which types of notifications you’d like to receive—whether by SMS, Email, or Toast.
A toast notification is a brief, non-intrusive pop-up message that appears on the screen to alert the user about something. iGames utilizes toast notifications on our website to keep users informed about important updates, such as receiving an invitation to join a team.
